Are you looking for an interesting new text by a Dutch or Flemish author? On this site you will find text extracts from interesting, contemporary Dutch-language plays in Dutch, English, German and/or French. In addition to extracts you will also find synopses of the plays and information about the playwrights. Furthermore, professional companies have performed all of the plays in the Netherlands or Belgium. The website is regularly expanded with new text extracts and authors.
Search:
- click onto an author in the list of authors
- choose a title and language from the survey of plays. Not all languages are available; if that is the case, try another language
- you will find a synopsis and an extract/extracts from the play for each title
- if you are interested in the complete version of the play, contact the author or his agent via the address details
